LIMITED WARRANTY
W. B. YOUNG COMPANY warrants to the primary purchaser that all new products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. It will be W. B. Young Company's sole judgment on whether the product is considered defective in material and workmanship or whether it significantly fulfills performance specifications. Should any part prove defective by W. B. Young Company within the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced at W. B. Young Company's expense, F.O.B. W. B. Young Co., Marshall, Missouri. All expenses acquired by the purchaser without prior written authorization from an authorized employee of W. B. Young Company will be the purchaser's sole responsibility. To obtain warranty, a copy of original invoice is required.
WARRANTY AMOUNT - The purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased. This warranty applies only to the primary purchaser, and is not transferable.
W. B. YOUNG COMPANY assumes no responsibility for field modifications made by anyone who is not employed by W. B. Young Company that creates structural or storage quality problems.
BASIC WARRANTY - All W. B. Young Company manufactured products are warranted for one year from date of purchase.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS - Any labor, transportation (i.e. freight, mileage), or anything that is cost related to a service call is not extended under the warranty. Items not manufactured by
W. B. Young Company (i.e. GSI, Sukup) are only extended under warranties of that manufacturer and are excluded from coverage under the W. B. Young Company warranty. However W. B. Young Company will work with the purchaser and the manufacturer to oversee that the manufacturer's warranty is carried out.
ELECTRIC MOTOR WARRANTY - The manufacturers of electric motors warranty their motors through authorized service centers. If the electric motor warranty is not suitably handled by a motor service center, contact W. B. Young Company for assistance. Warranty may also be obtained by returning motor to W. B. Young Company. To obtain warranty, a copy of original invoice is required. NOTE: W. B. Young Company will not be liable for unauthorized motor repair or replacement.
This limited warranty does not extend to parts and products that are designed to wear in normal operation, or to damage caused by misuse,
